First and Last names (Include spelling variations)
Birthplaces of both the individual requested, and their parents
Approximate year of birth
Geographical location

Whenever possible, an actual image of the requested record will be emailed to my client (limit = 3). For many requests, a photocopy of the requested record will be sent to the client.
